• Defined business requirements and insured development compliance against the defined requirements. 

• Designed and implemented the "One-Click Reservation (sm)" process: a breakthrough, patented reservation design innovation.  Designed and Implemented the Car Rental Industry's first "Instant" on-line loyalty-club enrollment process.  The application delivered over one million dollars in incremental revenue in it's first six weeks in production and well over one hundred and fifty thousand new memberships to date.

• Designed, reconciled, analyzed, and implemented an optical character recognition payroll/personnel system for the New York City Transit Authority.

• Created, managed, and executed "Virtual Partnering" strategy for the sales, marketing and promotion of the e-Travel and e-XPENSE on-line enterprise wide corporate software for Automated Data Processing, Inc. (ADP).  Sold potential partners products and the benefits of joint cooperation.
• Designed and built, from the ground up, the ADP hardware and software infrastructure for a web-enabled service bureau, from a stand-alone client server process.  Trained the new marketing partners' sales forces.
