BLACK SOAP
Since ancient times, indigenous Africans have always created
cosmetics to groom themselves. In fact, the origin of cosmetics in their
totality is African. From scented waters (now known as cologne and
perfume) to make-up and soaps, it began where humanity began. And that
only makes sense.
The Black Soap that Onyx sells is in the pure
tradition of this ancient art. No preservatives (none
are necessary). No animal fat or acid ( Beef or pork fat and
lye - the composition of most store bought soaps). None
of this is needed to properly cleanse your skin, no matter what
complexion or age. The beauty of Black Soap is that it will
clean your skin thoroughly, with an antiseptic-like tingle afterwards.
Black Soap does not strip the moisture off of and dry out your
skin.
Our Black Soap comes directly from Africa in an un-cut fashion. We add nothing to it. We put it into bags in it's raw form for your
convenience. That is the extent of our processing. We sell it in
